Membership Terms:

  • Monthly Memberships are prorated to 1st of the Month

  • Fair Usage Policy: Maximum 2 hours per day of bookings per member

  • Unused hours do not carry over from month to month.

  • Commitment Period - 3 full calendar month minimum (12 full calendar months minimum for Founder Memberships)

  • Rescheduling - 48hr minimum notice requirement. please use Trackman App or Portal

  • Membership Cancellation Policy - 1 full calendar month notice requirement including minimum commitment period.
