Cabana Golf Terms & Conditions

Operated by Cabana Sports Ltd (trading as 'Cabana Golf'), hosted within premises managed by Olympus Sports Ltd.

The following Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the user (whether booking as a member or pay-per-play guest) and Cabana Sports Ltd, trading as Cabana Golf, in relation to the use of the golf simulator facilities operated within premises hosted by Olympus Sports Ltd.

1. General Access

Use of the venue is by appointment only.

Under 18s must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Each booking (member or pay-per-play) allows up to 3 guests, for a maximum of 4 people per bay, at no extra cost.

2. Booking Party Responsibilities

The booking party is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests.

The booking party accepts all liability on behalf of guests and must inform them of the Liability Waiver (see Section 5).

The booking party also assumes responsibility for any minors in their group.

3. Equipment & Damage

All equipment must be used responsibly.

Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the booking party.

Neither Cabana Sports Ltd nor Olympus Sports Ltd shall be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property.

4. Use of Facilities

Sessions are booked per bay, not per person.

Users must respect the space, staff, and others.

You are expected to arrive and leave promptly at your booked time.

5. Liability Waiver

Use of the golf simulator involves inherent risks, including physical injury from swinging clubs, errant shots, and contact with equipment.

By using the facility, you waive all claims against Cabana Sports Ltd and Olympus Sports Ltd for injury, damage, or loss—except in cases of proven negligence.

The booking party assumes all liability for guests and must ensure they are aware of this waiver.

The booking party also accepts liability for all minors under their supervision.

6. Membership Policy

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

The named member must be present for any session booked using their membership.

Members may book up to 2 hours per day, subject to fair use.

Members can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance.

Memberships cannot be frozen.

Monthly memberships are prorated to begin from the 1st of the month.

7. Membership Rescheduling & Cancellation

Members can reschedule bookings with at least 48 hours’ notice, via the booking portal.

Standard memberships require a 3 full calendar month minimum commitment, and Founder memberships require 12 months.

This minimum term includes the required one full calendar month’s cancellation notice.

To cancel, members must give written notice via email to info@cabanagolf.co.uk at least one full calendar month before the end of their commitment term.

8. Failed Membership Payments

If a membership payment fails, the membership priveleges will be automatically suspended.

If cancellation notice is not received, membership charges will continue to accrue and will be pursued.

Cabana Golf reserves the right to pursue outstanding fees owed.

9. Pay-Per-Play Bookings

Pay-per-play users can book up to 7 days in advance.

All bookings are final — no rescheduling or refunds are allowed.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given. Continued use of the facilities or services implies acceptance of the most recent version.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By proceeding with registartion, booking, becoming a member, attending the venue, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
