User Instructions for Accessing the TrackMan Bay

Welcome to CABANA GOLF!

To ensure everyone has a great experience and your sessions are recorded accurately, please follow these steps to access and use the TrackMan simulator bay:

1. Booking & Door Access

• You must book your sessions in advance via our online booking system:

• At your booked time, use your PIN code (sent in your booking confirmation) to unlock the studio door.

• Only booked users can gain access — please do not share your PIN.

2. TrackMan App & Account

• To use the simulator and save your session data, you need a free TrackMan Golf app account.

• Download the app on your phone:

  App Store link

  Google Play link

• If you don’t have an account, please create one before your session.

3. Logging Into the Simulator

• Once inside, start the TrackMan Performance Studio (TPS) software on the bay computer by tapping the control monitor mounted in the booth.

• Select “Log In”.

• Use your TrackMan Golf app to scan the QR code on screen or enter your TRACKMAN credentials (email and password)

• You must log in to start your session 

4. Enjoy Your Session!

• Your swings, stats, and videos will be saved to your TrackMan profile.

• When your session ends, please log out of TPS for the next user.
