    • With a soft launch planned for August 2025, we’re kicking things off with our first Trackman Sim bay.

    • We’re starting out with a self service model, where sim time will be by booking only.

    • We will offer both visitor rates by the hour and membership packages. Membership availability will be capped.

    1. Users will need to have or create a TRACKMAN account to book sessions.

    2. Once booked you will receive a facility access code (valid for the time of the booking, with a 5 min prebooking buffer)

    3. You will need to login to the Trackman Bay using your Trackman credentials or in app QR code.

    • We’re located at the Richmond Olympus Sports Complex inside the Richmond Atheltic Ground.

    • Dedicated entrance with scheduled access control will be available at the North East Entrance of the buidling.

  • Bookings will require a Trackman profile and will only be available via the Trackman Portal & App. (YourGolfBooking)

    Visitors

    • Visitors will be able to book up to 7 days in advance.

    • Visitor bookings will be non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

    Members

    • Members will be able to book upto 4 weeks in advance.

    • Members will be able to reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours notice, using the booking platform.

  • Parking is available within the Richmond Athletic Ground.

    Please park in the Southern half of Athletic Ground designated for recreational users.

    Upon arrival please enter your number plate in the console at the Richmond Olympus Reception Desk. (It’s upstairs.. we’re working on getting one set up in the Golf Studio)

    • We have a set of Right-Handed adult clubs available with each booking.

    • We encourage enthusiasts to bring their own clubs to get the most out of the Trackman experience.

  • At present we do not have swing analysis cameras, however stay stuned as we look to expand with more bays and more tech!

  • Bathrooms available on Ground Floor of Richmond Olympus complex.

  • With lots of features and child friendly games, there’s something for eveyone. *Under 18s will need to be accompanied by an adult.
